SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 1-2 Business days (Business days are Monday to Friday) for your order to be shipped out. 

Regular Flat Rate Shipping to the US, UK, Canada and Europe is 3-5 business days depending on your location. To African countries it takes 5-7 business days.



2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam mail. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders, please contact customer service at info@thehairluxboutique.com.



3. Can I make changes to my order?

Order start processing immediately so they cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.


4. May I return my order?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. Please note that the hair extension must not be opened, worn or tampered with! Kindly email us at info@thehairluxboutique.com if you would like to make a return.


5. When will I receive my refund?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened.


All Sales are final on custom coloring.


You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number to us via email below. The Hair Lux Boutique will not be responsible for lost returns.
